All sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

If you would like to cancel your subscription, please contact the JAEcubes support team at customerservice@jaecubes.com PRIOR to your re-bill date.

**PLEASE NOTE: After cancelling, you will still continue to receive JAEcube boxes for the length of your subscription plan.  All cancellations go into effect AT THE END of your current plan, and your plan will not be renewed going forward.**
